Returnes and exchanges:

  • While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
  • UNUSED items in the original condition & packaging may be returned within 21 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by our team
  • We DO NOT offer any returns or exchanges on personalized or customized cases.
